Explaining the XENON1T Excess and Dark Matter with Three Scalars

Abstract

We discuss how the recent observation of an excess in the electron recoil events at the XENON1T detector, coupled with the requirement to explain the issue of dark matter relic density and muon anomalous magnetic moment, can be addressed using a scalar sector extension of the standard model.
