Superconducting Resonator for Coupling Spin Qubits
Abstract
This work investigates hybrid quantum architectures combining superconducting microwave resonators and semiconductor quantum dots for scalable quantum computing. It includes resonator modelling, simulation, fabrication, millikelvin characterization, and optimisation of high-fidelity two- and three-qubit resonator-mediated gates for scalable quantum information processing.
