Growth Study of Ag/AgTCNQ Thin Film at Solid-Liquid Interface

Abstract

First time demonstration of Ag/AgTCNQ thin film fabrication on non-silver substrate at solid-liquid interface. As fabricated thin film showed thermally induced resistive switching as well as the ability to catalyze electron transfer reactions.
