Relaxation Maps in MRI imaging of mouse brain

Abstract

In this thesis on MRI, a couple of mapping schemes such as T1 and T2 maps, which exploit relaxation times of spins in different tissues, are exploited to identify differences between grey and white matter in a mammalian brain. A mouse brain is taken as a sample.
